  • Each package has its own cancellation rules:
    • Flight + Accommodation – Refundable up to 10 days before departure.
    • Flight + Accommodation + Guided Tour – Refundable up to 12days before departure.
    • All-Inclusive Adventure – Refundable up to 14 days before departure.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–4 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain fees, such as booking service charges or third-party excursion fees, may not be refundable.
  • Packages booked within the non-refundable period are final and cannot be refunded.
